Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is CYHSY Inc, 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Suite 7213, Claymont, DE 19703, USA. You can reach us about privacy at info@cyhsy.com.
This policy applies to this website and explains what we collect, why, who receives it and what choices you have.
What data we process, and why
We process four kinds of data, each for a specific purpose and on a specific legal basis.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you news about tour dates, music and merch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Tour dates. The list of concerts is provided by Bandsintown. Loading it, with your consent, sends your IP address and browser details to Bandsintown.
- Spam protection. The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. It processes your IP address and browser data. The legal basis is your consent.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, DreamHost, automatically records technical data (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security and operation.
Who receives your data
Four service providers process data for this site: Brevo delivers the newsletter, Google provides reCAPTCHA, Bandsintown supplies the tour dates and DreamHost hosts the website. Each acts on our behalf or under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, so your data may be transferred to other countries, under the safeguards those providers put in place.
Links to stores, streaming services and social networks lead to third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it or change it below.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@cyhsy.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
